We are fully integrated with XOXODay and now that we've been on it for about a year, it's running pretty smoothly. I think we were one of the earlier adopters, and with that there were some bumps along the way during configuration. The "fully integrated" with SuccessFactors had some hiccups that SAP & XOXODay had to work through. And post go live we had an issue with the size of the gift card logos within the emails - they were huge (so be sure to test that). I think their engineering team has that fixed. We are only using US Dollars in USA for now, but I know they are in multiple countries - would definitely suggest thoroughly testing, but overall works well. I know Blackhawk was another vendor but they were still in development with SAP when we were moving forward.
