Hello. I have a requirement to implement to send an alert to the HR and managers 20 before an employee returns from leave. We have the rule created and the alert is sent when the absence is registered and the 20 days before is today, but for future alerts the Job schedule EC Alerts and Notifications it's not triggering the alert. Can you help please?
