Where to download add-on SFIECPEP 100 from?

Hello,

We need to install add-on SFIECPEP 100 to use a utility that comes with it. We have Payroll in S/4-HANA but will be implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central with integration to S4 for employee data, payroll stays in S/4. The assumption is that this add on is installed in S/4 HANA but I do not see this in maintenance planner or software downloads. Any guidance on this or installation information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Add for EC integration with S4HANA is PA SE IN

from S4HANA 2022 once H4S4 is switched on, we recommend to use latest version ECS4HCM
