Work form home designation specific validation rule in EC time off

Hello Experts,

There is a requirement for WFH: Created an absence type as Work from Home and requirement is for specific positions/designations eg: Assistant manager S/W, Manager HR etc 5days wfh in a months should be available. if employee doesn’t use WFH in a month, those days would lapse for that month. Next month the employee will get only 5 days of WFH to utilize. Also accrual rule is required 5 days entitled in their bucket and it should get lapsed.

I have created a rule herewith are the screenshots but it is applicable to all employees in the organisation. can any one please help me to modify the rule for the applicable to specific positions only and rest employees are not applicable. Also for the accrual rule any custom objects needs to be created?
