When an item with a task checklist is assigned to a user, is it possible for the LMS to save the observer that a user selects and apply that to their remaining assigned task items? To alleviate the need for them having to search for an observer for each assigned task item? Can they select the observer once and then have it auto-populate for the remaining assigned items, unless they want to search for someone else.
Similar to how you can set the default to auto-populate the organization for that user to guide their search results.
