Conflict of interest to be registered against employee record in SF

Is there a way to register any conflict of interest that can be recorded against the employment record in SF?

Hi @shanannamalai ,

There is no standard portlet/feature available to record "Employee's conflict of interest" but you can create and use MDF portlets. And instead of a simple text field you can use field of type CLOB to store the long text/details of conflict. You can use field of type user to store this user is having issue with which other user.
