Hello, it is possible to configure a PM template to allow a user to delete a form from their Performance Inbox. A trash can icon would display in Actions column.
I am also able to delete from within the form.
Once the form is completed, the Completed folder does not have the delete icon. Is that standard behavior?
And opening a completed form, there also is no action to delete the form.
If this is not possible, are there other ways to allow a user to delete a form without giving them access to the Delete Document action?
If Delete Document access is given, would a user be able to delete any PM form or just forms where they were part of the route map?
