We have an employee (so far only one that we have noticed) whose overall performance rating on the actual completed performance form differs from the ad-hoc report showing the overall performance rating.
Does anyone happen to know why there would be a discrepancy between the two? It concerns us that now others have something similar happening on the ad-hoc report.
There are various configurations that could lead to a discrepancy, including if you have manual overall ratings versus calculated ratings, or a Performance/Potential Section configured. Probably best to log a support ticket so your performance template configuration can be checked out....
