There is a requirement from the client. if FTE equals 1 then the complete leave should be accrued; if FTE equals 0.5 then it should be half.
Please suggest if we can control thru business rule or any other options are there in EC.
I am probably missing something here. However, we also have part-timers and we prorate employee leave entitlement according to weekly working hours for entitlements in hours and weekly working days for entitlements in days. We have weekly working hours and days stored in Job Info for this purpose. FTE is also stored in Job Info, so you should be able to use FTE value to prorate leave entitlement? Hope that this helps.
