We are implementing Recruiting Marketing / Career Site Builder in a customer that has been running with Recruiting Management for a while. This is an international company, and they cannot have much system downtime.
I cannot estimate downtimes, risks/ possible issues as I have implemented only for new customers.
Does any of you have the experience of implementing RMK in existing/running RCM systems? If so, what issues did you find? What do you think would be the downtimes? At what points in the cutover activities should we expect downtime?
