Instance refresh issue since december 2022

We are suffering multiple instance refresh issue since the last release in BIZX.

we would like to know if other customers are also impacted by these issue since the B2211 release ?

Did you have to request Support refresh by support ticket in order to have your test instance refreshed ?

if it's the case, that would mean it's not an isolated issue but a platform wide issue.
