Dear Team,
My customer is using Employee Central and currently the Recurring and Non Recurring Payments are not maintained in SuccessFactors but are maintained in SAP HCM. They are interested to implement Compensation and Variable Pay module.
Kindly suggest any standard documentation available to fetch IT0008, IT0014 and IT0015 data from SAP HCM and send it to Compensation and Variable Pay module. I remember there is a program "RH_SFI_SYNCH_COMP_DATA" to send data but not sure which all business function required to activate in HCM and also what is the EHP needed.
I would highly appreciate if you can provide any step by step documentations available for this approach.
