Is it possible to calc a 12 months average salary base in compensation forms?

Y would like to learn if is possible to calculate an average salary for a specific period of time in compensation forms in order to pay a specific bonus.

Also this custom average can be prorrated?

Not on the Compensation module no but with MDF objects you could I believe (although I’ve never built it myself).
