We just rolled out Performance and Goals. We have employees who have interim managers while theirs is on leave. We do not necessarily want to change their manager on Success Factors, but do want to transfer the manager assessment to their interim manager. When following these instructions, the interim manager is still unable to see 3/4th of the sections that normally require completion, including Objectives, Overall Assessment Rating, Promotion, Summary Section, and Performance Potential Summary. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance! - KT
