Good day, In our company, when one employee has the role of recruiter he is able to see the Create New Req button from Recruiting, but when he becomes manager, he loses this button because our manager role has the following permissions: "Hide Copy Existing Job Requisition" "Hide Browse Families and Roles" "Hide Create New Job Requisition from Blank Templates" We use the permissions above to restrict the manager to create a job requisition from Blank Template because the manager can only create a job requisition from the Org Chart. Is there a way that an employee that has the recruiter role and then becomes a manager can see the Create New Job Requisition from Blank Templates button, therefore create a Job Requisition from Recruiting? Dear community, we're about to GoLive with our Employee Referral Program but we received a heads-up from our legal department concerning sharing personal data with a third party, specially that there's an incentive.   That is, if an internal employee refers a candidate to a job ad and then the candidate receives an email from our SuccessFactors s/he can sue us for sending him/her an "offer" - in our case the job ad. Hi, We are currently experiencing a problem wherein completion of online courses are not recorded. Cause - online contents with launch method = SCORM 2004 that has content object without content package. To help us identify impacted learning items, having the following reports would help a lot. We are looking for an easy way for a leader to mark a task as complete in the LMS. We have looked as the task checklist, and it is an option, but having our learners assign a observer isn't ideal as the population is largely non-wired/doesn't have easy access to a computer. Other than manually assigning one by one (each one would need leader sign-off) we aren't seeing another easy option. Is anyone doing anything like this today and using a different option? Hi, As of this past week, I am seeing a difference in the number of learning history records returned on two existing canvas reports in Report Center (not in the reports within Learning). These reports have not been updated in the last month. The data has not been changed and the details on the items are the same. I am puzzled as to why all of sudden there is a change in the number of records (from 3,726 to 2,563). I have been auditing looking for a trend, but I have not been able to figure this out.  I have a ticket open with SAP Support, and it is being investigated. Is anyone else experiencing this? Find the link below: Request ID: 297342  Restricting the access to display future job changes & actions on employments out of managers' scope We are reporting an non-compliance behavior in SAP SF Solution, this is in regards to the following behavior: When an employee is rehired with the same employment and within this process the employee is transferred to another manager, it was detected that the sending/previous manager is able to display and act on the future employment records (which are not anymore in his/her responsibility). For example it was verified that the old/former Manager could see future records not within his scope, able to select in the "calendar icon" and see the future data information not within is scope, and also preform Report No-shows for the Rehire with same employment, which is also not in his scope to act as. With the change of manager, this future record is, from an organizational perspective already in responsibility of the future manager and should not be visible or changed by the previous manager. Hello, I would like to know if in Time Management it is possible to create a single time event type, to carry out paring times, for example 9:00 am -> p01 clock in 1:00 pm > p01 (for lunch) 2:00 pm > p01 (back lunch) 4:00 pm > p01 clock out Or is it a bad practice since, as time is fragmented, if the lunch check-out were to be missing, the system would not be able to identify the check-out, right? ... Our new customers are situated in DC55 and seem to have one problem in common. Reports in People Analytics are returning system identifiers (ie numbers) instead of the labels for department, business unit etc. We have logged a ticket with SAP but it is dragging its feet. We noticed in our TEST/Stage instance that after the 2H 2022 release, any content that is set to complete on launch (especially non-SCORM based) records the completion and presents the completion confirmation pop-up before the learner has a chance to view the content. We notice this when we set the content object launch method to 'SCORM' when we want non-SCORM online content to launch using the inline player and not in a new browser tab or window. Has anyone else also experienced this? ... Dear all, Managers are budget holders, and they can give spot awards according to their budgets. Howevere, managers get "no budget error" a lot while creating spot awards. System checks all managers in the hierarchy and their budgets while a manager is giving spot award. If any upper manager in hierarchy used up all his/her budget, system gives 'This employee does not have a budget holder' error and do not let to give spot award.  We are asking for a change in system logic to include only budget holder's budget in system controls.  I submitted an improvement request. I am kindly asking for your votes.
