I would like to request information about license usage in all SAP SuccessFactors. I have found an endpoint that retrieves user information at https://api.sap.com/api/PLTUserManagement/path/get_User. Is there a way to obtain details about SuccessFactors licenses/subscriptions, such as name, available seats, and total seats? Additionally, is there a way to retrieve information about which SuccessFactors user is assigned to which license? Could you please give clarification on provided below example, how this will work in the EC: Legal entity USA and Legal Entity UK. Employee works in Legal Entity USA, has user ID 1, then he goes to global assignment to Legal Entity UK. Then in user ID 1 he will have event reason "Away on global assignment" and will have status inactive(dormant), new user ID 2 will be created in Legal Entity USA with event reason Add global Assignment, and on this User ID 2 we will have host record with Assignment Type information? And the User ID 2 will be Expatriate Employee Class. In Legal Entity UK they will have their user ID for this employee in their Entity and this user ID will have host record as well with assignment type? Hi all,  Hoping someone can assist. Hi Experts, Our Finance team uses SAP BTP workflow to approve budget. Once workflow is initiated the approvers are notified via email but most of them seem to miss it. The team advised that since everyone is using SuccessFactors, it would be great to notify them on homepage like due to-do items. Hi All, I have the following scenario and would like some solution, Class has been self registered by a User which triggers an approval to the User's Alternate Supervisor. The Alternate Supervisor gets removed from the User before approving the request. When we see as the User, the Pending approval lists the removed alternate supervisor for the Class. Hello Experts, We have a below query regarding budget utilization. Here we have 2 budgets Pool --> Promotion Increment, Annual Increment + Market Adjustment. For promotes the system should utilize the budget from Promotion Increment pool and if it exceeds then it should utilize Annual Increment + Market Adjustment pool. For example: The employee has a calculated goal rating of 3.4 and a manual goal rating of 3. In addition he has a calculated competency rating of 3.7 and a manual competency rating of 4. We are just enabled Virtual Learning Session (VLS) in our instance. So far, the workflow seems to be fine, calendar invites are sent to all learners and instructors when a VLS is created. We thought since the system sends the calendar invites for VLS,  it will keep a copy of the Teams event in the system' calendar (the emeila address where all Learning notification). That does not seem to be the case.  In addition to sending to learners and instructor, is there a way such all VLS session calendar invites  are CC-ed & sent to/ kept in a central admin account for reference & visibility?  Someone suggested created a pseudo user account and registering that pseudo user for all VLS courses. We currently have IAS/IPS enabled in Test and Production. There is now a need to move IAS/IPS to the Development instance and switch back to password login in Test. Has anyone here done this and if yes, what are the pitfalls? Hi! We noticed that in Learning, when assigning an item to a user with assignment type "Optional" but with a due date, the system sends an email notification with "Mandatory learning activities are overdue". Since we find this confusing, we wanted to ask if the system can differentiate between Optional or Mandatory in the mails at all and if it is possible to adjust this accordingly so that when an assignment is optional with a due date, "optional learning activities are overdue" is displayed in the mail.   Best regards, Saskia ... Hi, We have a process whereby we unenroll users who did not attend a class to track our non-attendance rate. As this is done after the class we don't want to confuse the users with an unenrolment confirmation notification. We can easily suppress the notifications for non-VLS integrated classes by disabling the notifications on the Class Details tab prior to unenrolling non-attendees. However, we also like to disable the notifications for past VLS classes and can't find where to do this at a class level - we don't want to do this at a system level and impact active VLS classes.
