Dear All, is this the right place for feedback regarding preview Q2 2023?  In the archived forum we had discussions regarding instructional registration texts in Course Home. And it was promised that these will come back in the next releases. While instructional registration texts are available and in use without Course Home (e. g. "instruction.ApprovalProcess.ScheduledOffering.RequiresAccountCode"), they are not available anymore, once you switch to course home. Helpful information, e. g. what to do if the cost center which is displayed in the registration process is not correct (etc.) is not available anymore. We really need this feature back and we consider it really unfortunate that existing features are silently abandonned and the customers just left with the fallout. Hi, Question related LRN-138273. Could someone add pictures, that where I can see following changes in the system? I do not see any change in the views or functionalities. When managers view their employee's learning plan, they can use the Add to Learning History, Remove, and Recommend actions. Managers can also view Program details and Curricula requirements on the employee's view. Hi, In ECT-212057, it says that there will be an email sent to the user who initiated the action of the follow-up processes. Is there a way to disable this email? HR users entering terminations, for example, will have no clue what this email means. I would prefer to disable the email and monitor such admin processes myself in the Admin Alerts. Our new goal plan template is not visible to all employees and we can't seem to figure out why. We have changed the default language to English, deactivated and activated again. This is what we currently see, it shows check marked as active but I don't see anything else in relation to RBPs or know where to access that at. Any advice?    ... View more

When we enable the Horizon visual theme, all of the photos in our company org chart now appear more zoomed in and as a result, the top of many people's heads are being cropped off.  Changing the zoom level of the browser or the org chart display does not resolve it. Has anyone else experienced this?   I hope it's not just a case of 'that's just the way it is' because, at least for our execs, they are using professional headshots and I don't want to have to ask everyone to reload their photo. ... We just rolled out Performance and Goals. We have employees who have interim managers while theirs is on leave. We do not necessarily want to change their manager on Success Factors, but do want to transfer the manager assessment to their interim manager. When following these instructions, the interim manager is still unable to see 3/4th of the sections that normally require completion, including Objectives, Overall Assessment Rating, Promotion, Summary Section, and Performance Potential Summary. Hi All, The query is related to remote I9 verification email. The email goes to Onboardee to submit the documents on the standard email reading "I-9 Notarized". This email has a click here option for onboardee , but this link takes the onboarding candidate to home page. There is no email trigger to I9 verifier.  The document submission process notification and the process in it self for remote I9 process. Hi, Does anyone have a solution for cancelling an approved termination other than to delete the record in Job Info? I've searched but this seems to be the only solution. It seems that this would be a pretty standard requirement for most companies, but at the moment any user needs to have delete permission to be able to do this. Hi, Couple of questions regarding SF Mobile App. Permission has been granted for users to Settings - Mobile - Activate Via Camera, so users can download the app in their personal mobile and scan the QR Code and start using it in their personal devices. Can we restrict this as users can use the SF mobile app only on their company provided devices ? Whenever there is new version of the app released (guess every month) does users have to download it from app store or is there any way it can be automatically installed in all company provided mobile where it is managed via MDM vendor - Microsoft Intune.   Thanks, Sriram ... Hello, So KBA 2688533 - DKIM or SPF | SAP SuccessFactors Email Security has a section that states: Our client tried going through support to do this for their test environment and they were told to go to their partner. I have been trying to figure out where we can enter these values. Is the assumption here you use Single Recipient to send all things to the client service account? Can someone point the way to some documentation on how to actually set this up. It seems some of the KBA's referenced in this area are "being updated" so you can't access them. Hi everyone, For Outlook Integration for Interview Scheduling, we've already got below information to set up Outlook Integration for Interview Scheduling. ● Application (client) ID ● Client secret value ● Directory (tenant) ID ● Email Id of the service Account We would like to set up the integration in test instance for user acceptance first. However, I'm not sure if it is allow to set up in Test instance, than remove & set up in PRD instance as we only have one set of application registration credentials for the integration. Hi,  We would like to have inactive successors removed or at least hided automatically. Referring to KBA 2307933 - Hide Inactive Successors from Succession Org Chart and Talent Pool, I'd like to know what kind of impacts we would likely to encounter, if we would enable the referred setting in Provisioning,  taking into account that we are using Position sync (Position to Job Information)?  Anyone using Position sync and having the 'Succession Management: Hide inactive users from the list of successors in the org chart and omit them from new form creation (auto-population of previous successors)'  as well enabled?   ... Hi, We have an alert for Contract End Date that triggers 7 days before the end of the contract, and gives instructions how to extend the contract or terminate the record. For the extending the contract, we use [[VIEW_BLOCK_ON_PROFILE]] to link directly to Job info to be able to process the contract extension. However, to terminate, we need to link to the full employee profile, to then use the Actions button.  Can anyone help with how we can add a link that directs the manager/HR user to the employee profile of the subject user (not just the Job Info section)? Hi, In Previous Releases there was a document provided entitled Road to the Release that gave an overview of the timeline of activites. Hi, Per checking in the What's new viewer, this release item is set to "automatically on". Previously in the release, it is mentioned that we can still opt out for a year in using the feature by unchecking the checkbox option. If currently the advanced executive filter is UNCHECK in our instance, will the advance executive filter still be applied on June 2? Hi Community members, I just downloaded the WNV for the H1 2023 Release and cannot find the configuration type against each release feature - like Universal, Admin Opt-in, Admin Opt-out and Provisioning features. Has this been deprecated?  Instead there is a new column - Enablement - Automatically On; Customer Configured and Contact Product support. Hello Community,   This is Lam. After configuring IAS and IPS settings, I tested the authentication in Upgrade Center using Activate SuccessFactors-Identity Authentication Integration option. The testing was failed while most users were synced in IPS sync job. On the other hand, the testing user exists in both Identity Authentication and SAP SuccessFactors. I would like to request information about license usage in all SAP SuccessFactors. I have found an endpoint that retrieves user information at https://api.sap.com/api/PLTUserManagement/path/get_User. Is there a way to obtain details about SuccessFactors licenses/subscriptions, such as name, available seats, and total seats? Additionally, is there a way to retrieve information about which SuccessFactors user is assigned to which license?
