Query regarding Successfactor API to create an Employee

Hello Everyone. I have been stuck on this issue for really long. I am using API method mentioned in this blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2019/12/19/creation-of-an-employee-in-sap-successfactors-using-batch-api/

I am using basic authentication with correct username and password.

Although the company ID is correct, there is still the error arising while testing the API: 

Company ******** not found. Make sure you have entered the correct company ID. Please note that the company ID is case sensitive.

Then, I came across this article: https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2245676

I believe the problem is that API end-point URL is incorrect. In order to resolve that I have to know the company ID is provisioned in which Data Center. How can I know about this? Kindly help me out if any one has any knowledge about this.

2089448 - Successfactors Datacenter Name, Location, Production Login URL, Production Domain Name, External mail Server details and Outbound IP addresses

I believe the issue is that I have not created an API user for my company's account on successfactor since I was receiving this error with my company's sever api url: You’re not allowed to access APIs using Basic Authentication or OAuth on this server. Please use the API server instead.
