Recruiters that become manager lose permission to create job req from blank template in Recruiting

Good day,

In our company, when one employee has the role of recruiter he is able to see the Create New Req button from Recruiting, but when he becomes manager, he loses this button because our manager role has the following permissions:
"Hide Copy Existing Job Requisition"
"Hide Browse Families and Roles"
"Hide Create New Job Requisition from Blank Templates"

We use the permissions above to restrict the manager to create a job requisition from Blank Template because the manager can only create a job requisition from the Org Chart.

Is there a way that an employee that has the recruiter role and then becomes a manager can see the Create New Job Requisition from Blank Templates button, therefore create a Job Requisition from Recruiting?

Has anyone had to face this issue and how did you manage to solve it ?

Does this promoted recruiter exist in the both permission group manager and recruiter?

Yes, the recruiter exists in both permission groups; manager and recruiter 🙂
