Restrict candidate to apply for multiple job req & delete the candidate from all req he has applied

Hi Folks,

Request your valuable inputs on:

Candidate should not be able to apply for multiple job requisitions. Candidate should be able to apply for other job requisitions only when he is rejected from the applied job req.

Also can we delete the candidate from all req he has applied for at once , rather than going for every job req and removing candidate from there.

How are we managing this ? Is there any workaround or suggestion , any functionality we can use. It becomes difficult a single candidate applying for many jobs.
