SAP Improvement Request - Enhance People Pool - Team View Behavior

Hello Everyone,

We have a new improvement raised in SAP Customer Influence. See the link below:

Request ID: 310021 Enhance People Pool - Team View Behavior

We raised it due to currently the Permission group criteria "Team View" only allows to pool by user. This is not very dynamic in a way if we want the system to consider specific people scope to pool by their Team View.

So our suggestion is to improve the "Team View" and allow the pick of different scope people with more options, such as for example check manager, HR, HRBP relationship, etc. 
This way the Team View is settled in scope of specific criteria dynamically instead of manually adding each user that needs team view defined.
