Source path error in IPS sync job

Hi everyone,

This is Jenny. I got an error related to source system's transformation settings.  The log job shows that "Source path: $.email[*].value is not available in content, but is required in defined system transformation". However, I can see Source path: $.email[*].value in transformation of source system. Screenshot:

I'm using API1 for source system.

Could you please help to check and propose the solution for this?

Hi,

do all your users have email addresses? Turn on detailed logging and check the error message again. I suspect one of your users does not have an email address.
