VLS Not Auto Recording Completions - How widespread?

Auto recording of completions has not worked for us since beginning of year (it worked previously).  We opened a support case.  Support advised today that the fix will not be applied until 1H Release.  Anyone else in this situation?

We are experiencing this same issue. Our network engineer advised we have all Microsoft Azure settings correct per the KBA SAP released last year. I do not see this fix listed on the Whats New page for 1H 2023. I am reaching out to support as well this morning to try to get further info.

We only went live late last year, and while the integration has worked for us the auto-attendance has not and despite doing all the fixes we have read about we have continued to be unsuccessful in getting the auto-attendance to work.

When you did have it working what learning history, if any, was recorded for the users who didn't attend or didn't meet the required percentage of attendance to be marked as complete? Currently, we do not give learning history records for users who do not attend a class, we mark them as did not attend and that's it. From what it looks like with VLS integration users who do not attend or only partially attend will get a learning history credit of incomplete, is this correct?

Kind regards,

Susan

Hello there! I have encountered the fact that VLS attendance recording indeed requires a "failure" status to be recorded. This has caused issues at our company as failure status' are not typically assigned if a User does not attend a class they registered for.

Hi

Same here with MS Teams. The VLS has not been recording attendance for many classes. We raised a ticket to SAP and the suggestion is: "Yes it would be ok asking the MS teams vendor on the sending of the file. Can you please check with the vendor also?" Any clue about how to contact the MS Teams support or how know what file they are talking about?

Have you received any updates on this?  We are experiencing the same issue with both Teams and Zoom.
