Work with Goal Library

Hello,

We are currently in the process of introducing a custom target library in Performance and Goals.
Has anyone already experience if the IDs used in the target library is independent from the number range "External-Code" used for the competencies in the Center of Capabilities .
The background of the question is that the following statement is in the room.

During the import process, the system checks the GUID present in your instance for all libraries (targets, competencies, capabilities, question targets...) and not only for the target library.

I could not detect any pendency during the import, but I want to make sure that this is really not a problem.

Hi @Mezger :

We are using custom goal library and there is specific range reserved for IDs given by SF.  So we started using the range above 1500000 so that it won't interfere with SF reserved numbers. Let me know for any additional details.
