1H 2023 Known Issues information

This blog provides the dynamic search link for each Product Area Known Issues as well as those currently under investigation.

How to use this list:

Click the hyperlink of the SuccessFactors Product Area of interest and it will take you to the SAP Support search results of Known Issue articles for the 1H 2023 Release for that Product Area. Click "ALL SuccessFactors" to see all product areas in a single result set.

Because the search links are dynamic, as new Known Issues are discovered and documented, they will be automatically returned when accessing the URL.

• Not all "Known Error" categorized KBAs will be included in the Known Issues list:
  • Known Issues are specially tagged Known Error KBAs that were identified during a release cycle

• Not all defects are documented in KBAs. Some example of non-documented defects are one-off issues that would not impact multiple customers, the fix for the issue is already released or imminent, or other criteria as determined by SAP Product Engineering.

Hello,

It seems if you have SAP4Me set as your entry point, it is forcing a redirect on all of the LaunchPad URLs instead of passing them into the frame.

I've updated the links to be SAP4Me & they seem to be working now. 

If you're still using LaunchPad, I haven't been able to solve for a relative link, so the links will take you into SAP for me - they work, but it won't redirect into LaunchPad.

Hi,

For the known issues, is there a spreadsheet or some option to easily export all of the issues? I know there is the known issues page, and then from there you can view all issues or by module, but all the issues are listed as KBAs and I don't want to read through each KBA nor export a bunch of individual pdfs. Is there something like the What's New Viewer for issues? I know there's a easily exportable page for fixed issues as well.

Hi Kirk,

We are working on improving this as we integrate our internal systems.

Currently you can export a list from the "All SuccessFactors" link from the search results with an export to XLS, but It will list the KBA ID, Title and URL only. I think this may not be enough information without the component / product and symptom description as well, but it's a start.

To get a list of all 73 known issues :

Click More 3 times until all 73 lines are displayed

Select All Lines and click Download to get a CSV export of the 73 lines (as of today)
