Hi Guys,
1. I have connected S7300 Siemens PLC to Matrikon and using Matrikon UA Wrapper to connect to PCo via OPC UA, but unable to establish connection between Matrikon and PCo.
2. Created Source System for Matrikon OPC.
3. Put correct server endpoint same as shown in Matrikon UA Wrapper Config screen.
4. On testing connection, error shown- Session Creation failed [Self Signed Certificate not trusted]
5. Alternative- When in security tab, i suppress trust certificates by checking 'Trust Check For Server Certificate', I am able to establish a connection.
6. Also, we got some certificates installed but that replaced Matrikon certificates with Kepware ones and we could establish a connection but were only able to browse Kepware tags, not Matrikon tags in Subscription items in PCO.
Is this some certificate issue? If yes, what needs to be done, which certificates to be installed?
