Publishing a SAP Analytics Cloud Story on IOS

Hi,

we are using the embedded SAP Analytics Cloud since the release 2302 was deployed. Now we have the request to publish a small KPI-Board to a mobile device (IPad).

I created a responsive page with two KPI and set in the setting to "mobile enabled". But it doesn´t works. The browser on the ipad shows a blank screen. Is there any other settings i have to do ?

Hi Marcel,

yes, it seems so. I tried it with a iphone over the login with a "s-user" and "IAS". Both connection failed without a mistake. I only got a white screen. I tried it for a mobile report and also for an standard report without a enabling "mobile parameter". Oher DMC-applications are running on the mobile device.

Is there anything, what i can configure ? I can imagine that a configuration in the IAS-Tenant is possible, but a "s-user" must works, or ?
