Scheduler Inactive

We are using MII Version 12.0.11 Build(19).

I am finding a lot of errors in the log that read:

The Scheduler is inactive: the Maintenance Mode is enabled!

Is that referrring to the MII Scheduler? What does that mean and what should I do about it? As far as I can tell from the database my scheduled jobs are still running.

I've never seen this error before with the logs and if they are still running, then I would assume it is something else. In the MII scheduler we do not have anything called Maintenence Mode that I am aware of. What component does it show in the log is causing this problem.

Hmm, guess it isn't MII. Wonder what the JmsScheduler is?
