Answer does not become visible, even after page refresh

I came accross the following weird and unnecessary system behavior in Q&A:

  1. Post an answer to a question. (At the top of the page a link appears that redirects to the same question, but now showing the answer you just posted.)
  2. Forget to look at the top of the page or do not understand the text that appeared at the top of the page.
  3. Look at the bottom of the page, where the answers should be. (Spoiler: The answer you just posted has not appeared there.)
  4. Refresh the page with CTRL+F5 or CTRL+R (Spoiler: The answer you just posted still does not appear.)
  5. Do not understand, and post the answer again.
  6. Go to step 1 to repeat the mistake or to the next step to experience the effect of your actions.
  7. Use the link that appeared at the top of the page. The page gets reloaded.
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and depending on how many times you repeated steps 1 through 6, you will see you answer has appeared an equal amount of times.

Please note that comments are posted right away. No need to reload the page using the provided link.

Secondary problem: you cannot delete your answer or comment. You can however empty it out.
