Some customers are reporting that the product they purchased is not appearing under "My Purchased Products" in SAP for Me. Upon navigating to Portfolio & Products > My Product Portfolio > Product Summary, no product is displayed.
Despite the contract start date passing over a week ago, the Super Admin, the sole user with platform access, cannot see the "SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud" product in this section.
Do you know what could be causing this issue?

Issue might be a delay in processing. Otherwise, best for investigating technical issues is to submit a case (incident).
