The newer version is pretty good n SAP has also released 7.5. This SAP 7.5 version will take time to be implemented in India. This version will be completely compatible with SAP Hana (7.5), As for now since the environment is new there some modification done observing the previous problems into SAP 7.0.
As for now Indian Companies are going for SAP 7.3 version. This version has got some extra features like --- during Installation of BI Contents package creation is done with 7.3 we need mandatory to create Super Package (no idea on this- why it is done). The transformation has got additional rule detail such as Datasource ( use - unaware).
Above are 2 things i need to know and more practical things or changes done in backend for having SAP 7.3.
I am working on SAP 7.3 and details regarding this error are as follow:
Error Category -- ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Error -- ASSERTION FAILED
ABAP Program -- CL_RSTRAN_TEMPLATE_START---------------CP
Application Component -- BW-WHM-DST
This error pops-up when I am going for creation on transformation on transfer rule.
Please guide on the above issue I also tried with OSS( online solution services) but there is no such service for this error. The issue is still unanswered. We are planning to approach SAP AG Technical Team but before that any kind of guidance or support will be good.
This error I am getting for 0fi_gl_10 datasource. Till PSA there is no problem on data getting to DSO and cube is a problem. PSA contains no errors.
