sap@mailsap.com legit?

I sometimes get Mails from "sap@mailsap.com". I could not find out if this Mail Address is legit. Most Mails I get are from the known domain SAP.com. Can somebody clarify?

Found a lot similar question, never found a clarification from SAP if they uses this Domain.
