You might remember from Juergen's TechEd keynote the 12-year-old developer DAK who created the learning app for kids. We recently published a new Builders Spotlight with DAK, where he introduces a new mascot named Sappy that he hopes will inspire other kids to try building apps: https://blogs.sap.com/2023/03/15/builders-spotlight-dak-age-12-introduces-sappy-the-mascot-to-get-mo...
Spoiler alert: the blog also features an awesome 3D printed version of Sappy!
Though the target of SAP Build is business users, citizen and professional developers, there is certainly value in having these tools be accessible for kids and empowering them to be Builders too. What do you think of DAK's message that kids should try out no-code? What else could be done to encourage more young creators to try app development?
