If customers already working in compatibility mode (S4 with Enhancement Package 08 level): Is it easier (less effort) to implement the new HCM product instead of coming from a lower ERP level (update effort like a Release Change)

Sorry for short cut question my detailed question is as below:  We have Successfactor implemented for all  EC (full HXM suite) and ECP however for Business trip we have condition to check budget from Finance before employee can submit business trip hence we are checking for  SAP Travel and expense as Concur is not available in saudi Arabia but we came to know it will not be supported in future. hence wanted to know if this is possible to activate and implemented this business trip in SAP travel and expense.

We have no explicit country version for ERP Travel Management for Saudi Arabia- but a generic one which will be used by saudi arabia customers since a long time. that should fit. BR Klaus
