Hi,
I have an installation with 2 registers. One register is a normal register and other register gets data through EDM profile values. There is a scenario
1. On 12th of February, we get the meter reads for 12 am (00:00) for the normal register and the billable flag goes green for this register.
2. We also receive the values till 12 am (00:00) for the Profile register but the billable flag shows missing reads and the system shows that we need data till 23:45 to bill the customer on 12th February.
The above is causing a delay of 1 day in billing this type of customer. As the reads till 13th Feb, 12 am is received on the 13th of the month. How can this be corrected to make sure that the customer is billed if he has data till 12 am on a particular day (in this case till 12 am on 12th Feb)
