Dear learners,

We’re facing an unexpected technical issue with some of the exercise content which you should be able to access in the learning journey Developing with SAP Integration Suite.

Our technical team is working to resolve this issue with high priority.

To ensure that this doesn’t impact your learning, we’ve created a zip file with the content that can’t be displayed
Link to download provided_integration_content.zip

You can download it here: (Coming Soon)

These files are related to the following lessons:

  • Unit 4: Integration Advisor - Lesson 4: Consuming Integration Advisor Artifacts
  • Unit 5: Model Extension - Lesson 4: Handling of Errors

We hope this helps you to complete your learning and you can expect the content to be available on learning.sap.com by mid-December at the latest.

Thanks for your patience.

Best regards,
Markus

Hello, do you have an update on this issue.

Cheers

Hi,

I noticed that there is no continuation from unit 3 - Consuming and Processing APIs -Creating an iFlow Purchase Order to the Unit 5 Model extension -Cleaning Up Message Data.

In the creation of an iFlow for Purchase Order in Unit 3, the process steps namely OData processing,OData to SOAP mapping are never discussed, but there are present in the interation diagram in Unit 5 Model extension -Cleaning Up Message Data.

Is something missing here? Also Could you please explain how to import the provided_integration_content.zip into cloud integration, When I try to import the zip file in the design tab of Cloud Integration, I get the below error,

Could not import this file; select a valid content package

Regards

Veera

Hi @markushaug and @Katherine_K

what about the missing lessons veeraa83 asked for? The are no explanations about the message-mapping steps in the iFlow. No explanations about the import of the structure.

Hi,

I can't download the zip file, get an error message:

"Sorry, the link has expired.
The link was set to expire after a certain amount of time. Please contact the person who shared this link with you."

Is it possible to make the file downloadable again?

It woks now - thanks Markus !

I found some issues:

1. In "Building a Second iFlow", the tutorial lost steps 32 & 33.

2. In "Creating an API Based on Slack", must add a "chat:write" OAuth scope when creating Slack instance.

There are some missing steps to handle the second iFlow.

With two different trial accounts I am getting an error when running the API Management app for the first time. It says  The message is "Your account is being provisioned, please wait", but then it comes back with the error:

"There is a temporary problem in provisioning your account, please try again by clicking on Retry. In case the problem persists, please create an incident in the component OPU-API-OD-OPS for further assistance."

I have assigned all available role collections, tried logging off and starting a new browser etc.

The browser dev trace shows:

When I deploy the iFlow according to Free Integration Suite Learning Journey's guide step by step, It shows deploy failed and shows:

[CONTENT][CONTENT_DEPLOY][DeploymentInprogress] : Deployment of artifact is in progress. It can take up to 30 minutes. If unsuccessful please contact SAP.

My trial subaccount region is US East (VA).

Dear howiehu,

I know the error message. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the trial accounts. The only option is to try again later. If it still does not work after several attempts, the only option is to open a ticket.

sorry for that

Hi, Anybody found a solution for: API Management: "There is a temporary problem in provisioning your account, please try again by clicking on Retry. In case the problem persists, please create an incident in the component OPU-API-OD-OPS for further assistance."  ??

Meanwhile, I've created the following internal ticket: 2270029969, BTP API fails https://support.wdf.sap.corp/sap(bD1FTiZjPTAwMSZpPTEmZT1TVEExTlRFMU0xOWZYMTlmTWpGZk5sOWZBSkQ2NW94d0h...

I'm not sure why we need to substitute the < and > characters with a Groovy script. If we skip this step, we still end up with a valid SOAP payload.

Dear mvn,

You ask about the sense of special character removal.

None except for pedagogical reasons to show how such a script works. 🙂

Hi,

After deploying the PurchaseOrder iFlow, I see in "Monitor Message Processing" this error message:
org.apache.olingo.odata2.api.uri.UriSyntaxException: No empty segment allowed.

I walked trough all exercises again, but cannot see a root cause.

In the last lesson "Deploy and Test Your iFlow" it is mentioned that a solution package can be imported which should be in the folder "provided_integration_content". I downloaded this folder from the link previously shared on this page, but the Solution Package is not included.

Can you please share the Solution Package? it would be very helpful to finalize the training.
Thank you.

Hi @sklawonn,

That is exactly what I need, thanks for that!

When I import, I get the message the package already exists (which is my version of course).

Oscar_Struijk_0-1666194815623.png

I assume the technical name  field (read-only) is checked by importing.

Oscar_Struijk_1-1666194975777.png

Do you have any suggestions how to bypass it?

Oscar
