In the process of changing my career, I recently completed a course: Outlining the Financial Accounting Overview in SAP S/4HANA, but on my SAP-leaning platform, it shows 5 of 6 units completed. Hence, I could not claim my record of achievement, even though I passed all the quizzes.
A ticket (676036) raised on SAP E-Leaning support remains in progress. Please, what can I do to rectify the progress error?
In order to receive a digital badge you need to complete all units and pass all the quizzes.
So it looks like you did not completed all units which is one of the mandatory rule in the Digital Learning Journey .
Our expert suggested to login in once again and go through the Digital Learning Journey step-by-step by clicking on continue end of every unit,
The progress should show 6 of 6 units completed.
Then you should be able to claim your badge.

I raised the ticket 6days ago (Wednesday 5th July, to be precise). I got this message below around 10:00am today

Your ticket has been updated to Completed''.
However, till now the stated on my learning journey remains 5 of 6units completed. I have refreshed the page severally after receiving the message but the error remain the same.
