2Q2020 VSaaS Annual Upgrade Schedule Released

As previously shared, the next annual upgrade for VSaaS customers will be directly to our 2Q2020 release.  The release schedule has been set as per the dates below. 

In order to align better with the newly communicated general release schedule, VSaaS annual releases will also now shift to a May/June upgrade time frame for the lower environments (Sandbox/Preview) on the 2nd Quarter annual release, with a November time frame upgrade of that release in Production/Pre-Prod.

Thanks for the update.

With the recent announcement for the rest of the suite (non validated) to move to a bi-annual release cycle, is there any thinking within the product team in aligning vSaaS to non validated (i.e. move both to bi-annual releases) ?

The new schedule does now align with the general release timelines as shared above.  If the question is whether or not the VSaaS schedule will go to a twice a year upgrade, then no that is not in the current plan at this time.  Perhaps this is something we can discuss in the next meeting.

Hello Sany,

thanks for the great job around LMS product communication.

If I understand correctly VSaaS customers will have Q22020 version installed in all their instances after 15/Nov/2020. 

This version technically still enables Flash-based navigation. Nevertheless the Q42020 BIZX release should forbid these customers to be able to access it. And then LMS Q32021 version will remove it completely.  Correct?
