Agenda section title cannot be changed when it is a copy of an existing program

Hi,

We are experiencing issues with Programs after the b1808 upgrade.  After you copy an existing program to create a new program, you are not able to change the agenda section title.  When we click on the agenda section title, it lets us change it and save.  After you click on Done, the agenda section title still shows the old value and not the new value you entered.  I have a logged a case with SF but wanted to see if others have experienced this issue.
