AICC Not Passing Completion Credit

We have been using AICC as our communication method for e-learning modules for 17 years. Suddenly, new and revised modules are not able to receive credit for their content objects in LMS. We cross checked the modules in the SCORM cloud and everything is working fine, so we suspect a recent BizX change may be responsible - or something else on the LMS side.

Is anyone else experiencing issues?

Is the problem occurring with all AICC courses.

We are vSaaS, and it is only occurring with new and revised courses. We have about 50 in-house, AICC courses that are working fine but anything new results in no completion credit.

We have a site using their own unsecure Windows server also getting issues from users not passing comletion credit starting mid-last week.  We have submitted SF 743226/2020 and are awaiting a response from SF.

Ours is a secure, internal server and I also have a ticket pending resolution (714322/2020.)

I am very curious why a change would be made to a validated environment off schedule. On our end, we have ruled out changes made to the server and development software. The fact that existing programs work, appears to rule out the browser. As far as I can tell, that only leaves the LMS.
