I wanted to follow up to see how everyone's annual release went this past weekend?
Emergent has experienced some major issues and have reported it to SAP Support.
- Item Connector file is processing the file (UTF-8 and ANSI encoded) for 3+hours vs 45 minutes.
- Curriculum Connector file can only process a UTF-8 file.
Previously the connector files processes the ANSI encoded text files in vStaging (pre and post upgrade) and PROD (pre-upgrade).
