We are considering implementing automation of required date changes with an RPA solution. We are interested in anyone who can share their experiences with RPA automation of LMS functionality, both positive and negative.
One concern we have had is that changes to the UI could break the RPA automation. Has anyone had that experience?
Also, who did your RPA implementations. Was it internal, via SAP, or some other partner?
