Assignment Profiles with last update older than 2015 is not displaying rules or allowing changes

Hi,

We are experiencing issues with assignment profiles with last update older than 2015 is not displaying the rules but also not allowing changes.  Is anyone experiencing the same issues?

@may thang I have not run into that issue, but I have noticed that the Assignment Profiles that were created before the Flash deprecation, the Rule titles are not correct, some have missing letters and some have the incorrect title and there are some that title of the Rule now just says "Untitled 1"
