Hi Everyone, just wanted to provide a heads up that the production patch date will push by a day to Nov. 10 due to conflict with the SaaS preview environment upgrade to 1911.  This is to ensure our resources can focus fully on both tasks accordingly.  Appreciate your understanding.

Nice to meet you on the community after SuccessConnect. I hope you are okay.

Could you confirm the Patchb1808.26 solution will be in Production on 10th November 2019.

If the answer is yes this is definitely going to bring a lot of inconvenience to BMS. BMS has a another project golive on 11th Nov based on the patch dependencies. All internal communication are sent to stake holders/business but now if SF decides to take an internal decision to plan the Prod date to 10th Nov yesterday is definitely not helpful and brings in a lot of inconvenience. Example GXP processes now require to update them as 10th Nov etc.

Could you please let me know, do we get a choice of having the solution moved to Prod on 9th Nov 2019.

Has anyone received notification in regards to date & time of when patch 26 will be applied to production?  Sany indicated its push to 11/10.  Is it going to happen usual time 4 AM to 11 AM UTC?

@may thang, we have not received any communication around the timings on 10th when the patch will be updated in SuccessFactors prod.

Yes, even my customer is asking for exact time when P26 will be deployed on Production environment, any inputs in this regard much appreciated.

I received the notification today and for us it indicates:

Expected End Time: 11:00:00 UTC on 10 November 2019

When are we doing next upgrade of LMS from current b1808 to next version. I received one notification on the same mentioning that the b1911 version will be upgraded on 06.12.2019. When logged a ticket with SAP support they are confirming. How is it possible. Last version upgrade, we had in Feb 2019 only.

Start Time : 22:00:00 UTC on 9th November

Expected End Time : 05:00:00 UTC on 10th November

Is this different for customers usually?
