b2005: Storyline Not Working

We are testing our Storyline content in our test environment and are not receiving credit (i.e. the green check) upon completion of courses. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

That's quite disappointing as we are testing with Internet Explorer 11 and content published as AICC.
