The header is missing on our Validation environment as well, generally the resolution is to add the Learning page URL in trusted sites, but this is not working.
The headers do appear however if you directly login to BizX
Are you seeing the same behavior as well?
We use SSO as well, and admins navigate the same way via Learning Home to Admin Center using the dropdown on the header.
We raised a ticket to SAP as well.
This is just a test to see if the header is appearing on other pages (for us it does appear on BizX pages and Learning Administration but not on learning home). The URL would still login via SSO, as the login method is set as SSO.

The IQ report does not show any changes to our Staging environment since November 6th. It is not yet clear what happened and if this is a result of the pending release.
We are having same issue with Sandbox and Stage - ver in BizX was updated on 24-Nov - can't get admin center from learning center etc - also Production was not accessible this morning for about 5 hours - Prod is now sorted however we had same issue in Prod after BizX upgrade at weekend.
we checked our BizX version in Prod and it is the same as sandbox and stage showing the update from 24-Nov - we have raised this with SAP - no notice at all on release to Prod etc - not happy
I submitted a change request that would prevent these issues in the future by syncing BizX and LMS upgrades for vSaaS customers. Please check out the request, comment with any additional ideas, and most important, VOTE so SuccessFactors will understand that this practice needs to change!
