Change required date via mass upload program

Hi,

We are looking to automate the process of changing required date for training assignments when users go on vacation.  For example, I have 10 training assignment with differing required dates that is during my 10 day vacation.  For each training, I would take the current required date + 10 days to determine the new required date.  I then would like to mass update the required date via flat file or API.  Has anyone requested SF to build an mass upload program for changing required date regardless if the training was assisgned as free floating or via a curriculum?

I was wondering if the Required Dates Editor addresses your request, but with a different approach.

By the way, there is an enhancement suggestion, posted in the influence tool Idea 202200 that seems to address a similar issue.  Rather than a mass upload they're requesting a tool to update criteria on curriculum items all at once.  For example, the tool could be used to update initial period for an item across all curricula where the item exists.  

That would be different than changing the required date for individual users, but perhaps a similar resolution.
