I am looking for suggestions or explanations of how you handle managers being able to run a simple report that shows them the contents of one curriculum assigned to their employees.
We have role compliance curricula set up that assign the controlled documents (SOP/WIS) that are critical for a specific job role/title. We have a requirement for managers to review their employee's role compliance learning plans annually to ensure they have the correct documents listed, but there is no way currently for them to do that easily.
As an admin, I can run the curriculum item status report by employee name, job title, curriculum name, etc. to see the contents of that one curriculum.
I can't find a similar report for our managers to run. The only thing that is remotely similar is the User Curriculum Status, either the CSV or the User Curriculum Status Group by Item Details (PDF/HTML only). Managers can only choose to run that for themselves, their direct reports, their indirect reports and they get everything that we assign by curriculum (which is A LOT if an employee has been here a long time) and for all of their employees - which for some production supervisors is 50 employees. The reports are pretty useless for most managers without a lot of manipulation.
Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
