Customers on DC8, did you face any system issues on the admin side around 11:35 EST to 11:50 EST?
We had multiple admin report issue, but i did not see any issues in CAC (cloud availability center ) nor any system instability notifications there for today.
Anyone faced the same issue?
Yes, we did as well. My colleague opened a High Priority ticket and I called the Support line. They didn't seem to be aware of any issues. I'm sorry that your company had issues too, but I'm glad to see that it wasn't just us.

Did you get any notifications or root cause analysis info or see anything in CAC?
Sorry I accidentally deleted my last post, but to summarize. No notifications or CAC, but the ticket states that we my get an RCA.
Had system issues on the Admin side. I thought is may have been issues from my company's side.
Glad I wasn't the only one.
