Duration based Program Due Date off by 1 day

As I was working on validating system for b2105 upgrade, I discovered a very strange issue.  I have a Program that is duration based with 29 days.  I assigned it to a user on 10/22/2021 and the end date shows up as 11/19/2021 which is 28 days so it is off by 1 day.  The expected end date should have been 11/20/2021.  What's odd is when I assign it with assignment date in August or September it calculates the correct end date i.e. assigned on 8/22/2021, end date shows correctly as 9/20/2021.  Has anyone noticed this?  I've already checked and we have no holiday or calendar specified.  We only have M-F work hours defined.  In addition, we created a program 15 days and assigned it on 10/22/2021 and end date shows 11/5/2021 which is correct.

Hi,
Just a thought but I believe that the count only starts for the end of the current period, so if the current period is Days, then the count would only start the following day of the assignment i.e. Document assigned Thursday, count starts Friday only. Like I said just a thought as I am not a functional expert.

Other programs are calculating correctly hence that is not the issue and I have also isolated the miscalculation are for programs with assigned date on/after 10/9/2021 which is odd.
